SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Specific flower/plant requests will be taken on a case by case basis. With less than 48 hours notice, we cannot always accommodate certain varieties of flowers, plants and colors.
DELIVERY:
We deliver, Monday-Saturday. Deliveries are routed on a first come first serve basis, by zip code. Online orders placed after 12pm may not be deliverable same day. Saturday deliveries must be placed by 1pm on Friday, orders placed after this time will be delivered the next available business day. If needed, we will contact you with further questions about your order via phone and/or email.
**If this is going to a building without a concierge/reception desk, we will contact the recipient via phone to confirm we can access the building. If we attempt delivery and cannot access the building, the arrangement will be taken back to the shop and you will be contacted. If you would like re-delivery, another delivery charge will be assessed. Refunds are not available on floral arrangements that are un-deliverable.**
